1、 Theme

The project and content of the art festival activities for primary and secondary school students in the city should focus on the theme of "national soul · Chinese dream", achieve the unity of ideology, artistry and innovation, reflect the characteristics of the times, campus characteristics and students, reflect the campus culture of truth seeking, goodness oriented and beauty oriented, become the core socialist values, and spread positive energy, It is an effective carrier to cultivate high cultural consciousness and cultural self-confidence of primary and secondary school students in our city.

2、 Requirements for the Third Unique Competition of the 36th Wenzhou Primary and Secondary School Arts Festival

（1） Solo (including duet and trio)

The junior and senior high school group solo (including duet and trio) competition is scheduled to be held at the concert hall on the second floor of Wenzhou Youth Activity Center (East College Road, downtown) at 1:00 p.m. on April 23 (Tuesday). Please report to the Film Hall of Wenzhou Youth Activity Center at 9:00 a.m. on the day of the competition, participate in the preparatory meeting and draw lots. The rehearsal is scheduled from 9:30 to 11:30 on the day of the competition. The vocal music contestants sing a song for no more than 4 minutes. In principle, the piano accompaniment (accompanist brought) is not available.

The primary school group solo (including duet and trio) competition is scheduled to be held on April 24 (Wednesday) at 1:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. in the concert hall on the second floor of Wenzhou Youth Activity Center (East College Road, downtown). Please report to the Film Hall of Wenzhou Youth Activity Center at 9:00 a.m. on the day of the competition, participate in the preparatory meeting and draw lots. Please report to the Film Hall of Wenzhou Youth Activity Center at 9:00 a.m. on the same day to participate in the preparatory meeting and draw lots. The rehearsal time is from 9:30 to 11:30 on the same day. Failure to do so shall be deemed as waiver.

The primary school group solo dance (including two dancers and three dancers) competition is scheduled to be held in the performance hall on the second floor of Wenzhou Youth Activity Center (East College Road, downtown) at 1:00 p.m. on April 26 (Friday). Please report to the Film Hall of Wenzhou Youth Activity Center at 9:00 a.m. on the same day to participate in the preparatory meeting and draw lots. The instrumental solo competition for junior high school and senior high school groups is scheduled to be held at Wenzhou Youth Activity Center (Xueyuan East Road, downtown) at 1:00 p.m. on April 27 (Saturday). Western music group will be held in the performance hall on the second floor, and folk music group will be held in the movie hall on the first floor. Please report to the Film Hall of Wenzhou Youth Activity Center at 9:00 a.m. on the same day to participate in the preparatory meeting and draw lots. The rehearsal time is from 9:30 to 11:30 on the same day. Failure to do so shall be deemed as waiver.

The primary school group instrumental solo competition is scheduled to be held at Wenzhou Youth Activity Center (Xueyuan East Road, downtown) at 1:00 p.m. on April 28 (Sunday). Western music group will be held in the performance hall on the second floor, and folk music group will be held in the movie hall on the first floor. Please report to the Film Hall of Wenzhou Youth Activity Center at 9:00 a.m. on the same day to participate in the preparatory meeting and draw lots. The rehearsal time is from 9:30 to 11:30 on the same day. Failure to do so shall be deemed as waiver.

3、 Other instructions

1. Each participating school must appoint a special person to notify the instructor and parents one by one, and accurately inform the students of the competition requirements to ensure that students participate on time.

2. Participants in the same program of all competition events must be students of the same school. A school (campus) can only submit one program or work in the same group and project (schools with multiple campuses can submit the same project in the name of the campus, but the number of submissions cannot exceed the number of campuses), and different projects can be submitted concurrently; If the submitted programs and works do not meet the requirements, they will be disqualified.

3. In principle, the students listed in the annex must participate without special reasons. Those who miss without reason will be disqualified from the Yueqing municipal competition.

4. The registration of this competition has been uniformly reported to Wenzhou by the Education Bureau, and each school does not need to submit it separately.
