According to the Notice of Wenzhou Municipal Education Bureau on Organizing the 2024 Junior High School Academic Level Examination, in order to further organize the 2024 Junior High School Academic Level Examination, the relevant matters are notified as follows:

1、 Subject, time and score of academic level examination

According to the requirements of the Notice of Zhejiang Provincial Department of Education on the Implementation of the Provincial Unified Proposition of Junior Middle School Academic Level Examination and the Notice of Zhejiang Provincial Department of Education Office on Doing a Good Job in the Provincial Unified Examination of Junior Middle School Academic Level in 2024, combined with the actual situation of our city, the subjects of the 2024 middle school entrance examination are Chinese, mathematics, English, science, and society (including morality and the rule of law, history and society, the same below) And sports and health, with a total score of 660 points. Among them, Chinese, mathematics, English, science and society implement the provincial unified proposition.

（1） Score and examination time of provincial unified subject

（2） The sports examination items are divided into five categories: endurance, strength, jumping, big ball, and characteristics. The specific categories and items are as follows:

Endurance (1000m for boys/800m for girls) is a compulsory item; In addition, examinees choose one item from each of the three categories of strength, jumping, big ball and special features as a selection item, with a total of four items for each person. The full score of each project is 10 points, and the total score is 40 points. The specific requirements shall be implemented in accordance with the Measures for the Implementation of Physical Education Academic Examination for Junior Middle School Graduates in Yueqing City in 2024 (LJ [2024] No. 16).

2、 Organization and marking of academic examination

The organization of junior high school academic level examination is under the unified leadership of Wenzhou Municipal Education Bureau and implemented by Yueqing. The marking work of junior high school academic level examination is organized by Wenzhou Municipal Education Bureau, which implements online marking, and the city uniformly publishes the results. According to the relevant regulations on high school enrollment management, the enrollment of high school students is organized and implemented by Wenzhou Education Bureau, and the specific measures will be issued separately.

3、 Bonus points policy

According to relevant policies and regulations, candidates who meet the following conditions will enjoy the policy bonus treatment when applying for the high school.

（1） 30 points will be added for candidates in one of the following five situations

1. Children of martyrs;

2. Children of soldiers in the three or more difficult remote areas and the Tibet Autonomous Region troops designated by the state;

3. Children of soldiers of island forces of category II or above designated by the PLA headquarters;

4. Children of soldiers who work in high-risk and high-risk positions such as flight, submarine, aerospace, nuclear and so on;

5. Children of soldiers who have worked in the above areas and posts for 5 years accumulatively after having children.

（2） 20 points will be added for candidates in one of the following six situations

1. Children of soldiers in combat forces ("combat forces" refers to combat forces below division level who are on duty for combat readiness);

2. Children of soldiers who work in the first and second hard remote areas determined by the country or in the third kind of island troops designated by the PLA headquarters;

3. Children of military personnel who have worked in the above areas and posts for 5 years accumulatively after having children;

4. Children of servicemen who died on business and children of servicemen with disabilities of grades I to IV;

5. Children of soldiers who have won second class merit in peacetime or third class merit or above in wartime;

6. Children of soldiers who have received commendation and rewards at or above the level of Zhengda Military Region.

（3） 5 points shall be added for other children of military personnel other than those mentioned in paragraphs (1) and (2) above. The children of servicemen as mentioned above include the children of servicemen in active service, the children of martyrs, the children of servicemen who died on duty or died of illness.

（4） Qualified children of public security police, children of national comprehensive fire rescue team, children of Hubei medical aid team and children of front-line medical staff for COVID-19 prevention and treatment who are recognized by Wenzhou municipal level and above shall be subject to relevant documents after being recognized by the competent department and the municipal education bureau.

（5） 4 points will be added for candidates in one of the following three situations

1. Returned overseas Chinese, children of overseas Chinese, children of returned overseas Chinese;

2. Minority examinees (according to the spirit of the Implementation Plan of Zhejiang Province to Further Deepen the Reform of College Entrance Examination Bonus Points, this bonus point policy will be canceled from 2027);

3. Children of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan compatriots and Taiwan provincial candidates.

If the examinee has more than one bonus condition in the above paragraphs (1) to (5), the highest one will be taken, and the bonus will not be repeated. In case of changes in relevant laws, regulations and superior policies, the above bonus policy will also be adjusted accordingly.

4、 Organizational guarantee

（1） Relevant personnel who participate in online marking and comprehensive quality evaluation of junior high school academic examination shall sign integrity agreements and establish integrity files. Each school shall urge relevant personnel to strictly fulfill their responsibilities and obligations of integrity.

（2） Each school should take measures to ensure that each person involved in the organization, marking, and comprehensive quality evaluation of the junior high school academic level exam will receive timely and effective training, improve their professional ethics and practical work ability, and ensure the fairness, authority, and credibility of the work of the junior high school academic level.

（3） If fraud and fraud are found, once verified, the admission qualification of relevant candidates will be revoked immediately, and the party concerned will be held accountable according to relevant regulations and enrollment policies.

（4） Students, parents, teachers and other social personages may complain to the Municipal Education Bureau about the phenomena and behaviors that may affect fairness and justice in the junior high school academic level examination and comprehensive quality evaluation, or have objections to the results.
