In order to implement the spirit of the Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on Comprehensively Strengthening Labor Education in Universities, Middle Schools and Primary Schools in the New Era, and in combination with the requirements of the Action Plan for Labor Education in Wenzhou Primary and Secondary Schools (WJJ [2022] No. 11) and the Implementation Plan for Comprehensively Strengthening Labor Education in Primary and Secondary Schools in the New Era (LWBF [2023] No. 35) issued by Yueqing Municipal Party Committee and Yueqing Municipal Government, Actively promote labor education in primary and secondary schools in our city, and promote the comprehensive development of students' morality, intelligence, physique, beauty and labor. After research, we decided to organize the establishment and accreditation of Yueqing labor education demonstration schools, star labor education bases and characteristic labor practice classrooms. Relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1、 Declaration object

Primary and secondary schools in the city.

2、 Evaluation criteria

（1） Star rated labor education base

See Annex 1 for specific scoring criteria.

（2） Characteristic labor practice classroom

See Annex 2 for specific scoring criteria.

（3） Labor education demonstration school

See Annex 3 for specific scoring criteria.

3、 Recommended requirements

Star rated labor education bases are open to outdoor agricultural labor education places. The creation and evaluation of characteristic labor practice classroom is oriented to non-agricultural labor education places, and one school is limited to one. The creation and evaluation of labor education demonstration schools must have star labor education bases and characteristic labor practice classrooms, and can also create star labor education bases and characteristic labor practice classrooms at the same time or separately. Each school district will recommend the best after preliminary review according to the scoring standard. The municipal school will directly report the star labor education base and characteristic labor practice classroom to the Education Technology Center, and the labor education demonstration school will report the student section.

4、 Application recommendation process

（1） Self declaration. Applying schools should sort out and refine the highlights and characteristics according to the scoring standards, carefully fill in the Application Form (Annex 4, Annex 5 and Annex 6), and timely apply to each school district, educational technology center and student department.

（2） Organization recommendation. Each school district shall, according to the school's independent application materials, comprehensively consider the school's labor education characteristics, the strength of supporting labor education courses, the use of facilities and equipment, and the demonstration and promotion value in the region, sign the verification opinions and seal them, together with the recommendation summary form and application form (star labor education base and characteristic practice classroom) The nails are sent to Sheng Yong, teacher of the Education Technology Center or Colin Daofu, student of the Labor Education Demonstration School.

（3） Determination and publication. The Municipal Education Bureau shall organize an expert group to review and identify, issue a document to announce the identification results, and grant financial subsidies.

5、 Declaration schedule

The deadline for application acceptance is April 30, 2024. Each school district must complete the preliminary review and recommendation before the deadline. The form of review and recommendation shall be determined by each school district.

6、 Job requirements

（1） All schools must attach great importance to the declaration and accreditation work. Each school district should actively organize schools within its jurisdiction to participate in the declaration and identification work, clarify the division of responsibilities, strengthen publicity, coordinate as a whole, and submit on schedule. Specify the acceptance of declaration and assign special personnel to be responsible for it. In principle, Wenzhou labor education demonstration schools and characteristic practice classrooms are recommended from the list of Yueqing labor education demonstration schools and characteristic practice classrooms.

（2） The project declaration must be objective, true and accurate. Each school district shall check the application materials in strict accordance with the application conditions, and shall not recommend the false or unqualified materials.

（3） The verification and examination must be open, fair and impartial. Practically do a good job in each link of declaration and identification. Organizers and participants in each link of declaration work site survey, preliminary review recommendation, review and evaluation must strictly implement the provisions of style building, integrity and self-discipline.

（4） Focus on demonstration and guidance, and establish delisting mechanism. Schools that have evaluated the municipal labor education demonstration schools, star labor education bases and characteristic labor practice classrooms should actively implement the teaching requirements and tasks of labor education, play the exemplary and leading role of characteristic projects, and focus on improving the educational and teaching effects of characteristic projects. Yueqing Star rated Labor Education Base According to the Detailed Rules for the Evaluation of Yueqing Star rated Labor Education Base, the star rating of the base is evaluated annually. Yueqing Labor Education Demonstration School and Characteristic Labor Practice Classroom implemented the sampling system, and schools with insufficient characteristics and educational and teaching achievements were delisted.
