All kinds of agricultural machines and tools with "high appearance" and full functions have "shown their talents" in the fields, making spring plowing production "scientific and technological".

"Today's agricultural machinery is really advanced. The whole process of farming, planting and harvesting is mechanized. It is cheap and efficient. It's really easier for us farmers to farm the land," said Dawazaxi, a villager in Xialuo Village.

In 2023, in order to effectively integrate funds and resources, form a joint force, and boost rural revitalization, the Xialuo Village Party Branch will explore innovative development ideas. Combining with the actual situation of the village, it is decided to establish Qusong County Fuxing Xialuo Agricultural Machinery Co., Ltd., mainly engaged in machinery leasing, earthwork construction, land remediation and other businesses.

After the establishment of the company, it gave full play to the advantages of agricultural machinery services, provided mechanical farming, machine types, and mechanical harvesting services for 256 farmers in the village, saved labor costs, and liberated productivity.

Agricultural mechanization has solved the problem of land abandonment. Xialuo Village uses agricultural machinery to promote the remediation of abandoned land through high-quality machinery, and solves the problem of unmanned farming by "replacing people with machines", effectively reducing the phenomenon of abandoned land. Through reclamation of wasteland, Xialuo Village planted rape and highland barley for sale, and obtained more than 70000 yuan to purchase rice, flour and other living materials for distribution to the masses.

"Since last year, our village has actively docked with other towns and villages. According to the standard of 70 yuan per mu, we have contracted mechanical farming projects such as spring sowing, autumn harvesting and land reclamation. In 2023, the company will bring 180000 yuan of income to the village collective economy." The first secretary of Xialuo Village, Ci Nilam, introduced.

In February this year, Xialuo Village docked with Sangri County and ploughed 36.6 mu of land in a day in Sangri County, earning more than 3000 yuan.

Agricultural mechanization has also driven the local employment of villagers and helped disabled people find jobs. Ciren Dunzhu was injured when he was a child, which led to disability. He only earned money by doing odd jobs outside. After the establishment of a company in the village, Ciren Dunzhu joined in, realizing local employment. After training, he also learned to operate agricultural machinery.

"Ciren Dunzhu now has the most advanced technology in agricultural machinery and loader in the company," said Gesang Dawa, director of Xialuo Village Committee.

To revitalize the countryside, finding the right way is the key. Relying on agricultural machinery operation services, Xialuo Village has not only solved the problem of difficult use of machinery for surrounding farmers in busy farming seasons, significantly reduced the cost of agricultural production, but also made the village's collective economy "pocketbook" rise, providing a solid guarantee for infrastructure construction and human settlements improvement in Xialuo Village.
