On December 19, Nima County Health Commission organized 6 business backbones of Nima County People's Hospital, 5 business backbones of township branch hospitals, and a total of 11 people to attend training in Shanghai Naval Medical Center in accordance with Nima County 2023 Central Hospital Capacity Improvement and Standardized Diagnosis and Treatment Service Training Plan.

In accordance with the requirements of the 2023 health capacity improvement training task, Nima County Health Commission entrusted the PLA Navy Characteristic Medical Center of the People's Hospital of China to hold training on the capacity improvement and standardized diagnosis and treatment services of central hospitals. The Nima County Health Committee strengthened the improvement of medical service and diagnosis and treatment level of the central hospital and each branch hospital through standardized training, standardized the work process, improved the diagnosis and treatment ability and practical operation ability of common diseases and frequently occurring diseases, accelerated the pace of medical team construction in Nima County, promoted the sustainable and healthy development of health care, and provided better services for the public health.

The training is carried out by combining theoretical teaching with practical operation. The training courses, teaching staff and practical operation are organized by the Navy Characteristic Medical Center.
