In order to further improve the protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage in Naqu City, understand and master the distribution of intangible cultural heritage resources in Naqu City, record, preserve, protect and disseminate excellent traditional Chinese culture, and conduct high-quality survey of intangible cultural heritage, the Naqu Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism formulated the Work Plan for the Second Survey of Intangible Cultural Heritage in Naqu City, In accordance with the principle of "territorial management, comprehensive census, careful sorting, systematic protection, inheritance and development", online training was carried out, special classes were set up for the census of intangible cultural heritage, census funds were arranged, and the census of intangible cultural heritage resources within the jurisdiction was carried out jointly with counties (districts). From December 2022 to November 2023, nearly one year, Naqu City has successively penetrated 11 counties (districts), 66 townships 57 cultural stations, 118 administrative villages, and 32 temples have interviewed, collected, and registered intangible cultural heritage in ten categories, including folk literature, traditional dance, and traditional music, which have historical, cultural, and scientific values and have a long history of inheritance, It has been carefully reviewed to further understand the status quo of protection and preservation.

Up to now, Naqu City has completed the field survey of intangible cultural heritage in 11 counties (districts), including yoghurt production technology, Qiang Homai headwear, Zhong'e Temple Xanna production technology, Rongbukaxie, Qiangguogen hot spring therapy, salt picking custom, Mamzhuo, Chawobu tea making custom, Dangreyong Cuo legend, Dangrekado, Nacang earrings, Baqiang production technology, Luchang paper production technology, Ma Yue headwear A total of 455 intangible cultural heritage projects have been excavated, including Donglu, nomadic customs in the four seasons, Huogangzi Zhuxi, Duoding Temple's painted sand mandala drawing skills, milking songs, fruit hat making skills, Cuban production skills, agricultural cultural customs, and Bayong Mountain legends. 3964 pictures have been taken and 818 videos have been recorded.

In order to further establish and improve the "four level" intangible cultural heritage protection directory system in Naqu City, and in combination with the second survey of the city's intangible cultural heritage, it has laid a solid foundation for the declaration of national, autonomous regional and municipal intangible cultural heritage representative projects and inheritors.
