The ribbon of this handbag was ordered by Hangzhou Telecom, the partner of the Hangzhou Asian Games, from the National Handicraft Farmers and Herdsmen Cooperative in Haduo Village, Seni District, Naqu City.

At the beginning of August this year, the cooperative received an order for 1500 meters of hand woven ribbon. After learning this, Sang Pei, the head of the tax bureau of Seni District, Naqu City, went to the cooperative to explain the relevant policies in detail. At the same time, the tax cadres also assisted the financial personnel of the cooperative to complete the relevant tax related business through the electronic tax bureau.
