Recently, the Culture Bureau of Gongga County organized members of the Intangible Cultural Heritage Review Committee, representative inheritors of intangible cultural heritage at the fourth level of the county, members of the cultural teams in charge of each township (town), director of the comprehensive cultural (tourism) service center, and all staff of the Culture Bureau of Gongga County to hold the 2023 assessment feedback meeting for representative inheritors of intangible cultural heritage and intangible cultural heritage training meeting.

At the meeting, the Culture Bureau of Gongga County awarded nine inheritors the honorary title of "Excellent Inheritors in 2023", three inheritors the "Traditional Culture Inheritance Progress Award", two inheritors the "Traditional Culture Inheritance Excellence Award", and two inheritors the "Traditional Culture Inheritance Outstanding Contribution Award", and one Tibetan opera team the banner of "Excellent Tibetan Opera Team", with award funds. Five inheritors made exchange speeches around their good practices in carrying out inheritance activities.

The training is carried out in a combination of "invite in" and "go out". "Please come in" specially invited musicologist Ge Sangqujie, a researcher from the Tibet Folk Art Research Institute and an expert on intangible cultural heritage in the autonomous region to give a lecture. The teacher gave a detailed explanation of the ten categories of intangible cultural heritage, the classification and characteristics of Tibetan song and dance, with the topic of the relationship between the classification of intangible cultural heritage and project declaration and protection, And teach students to hold the cultural root and soul of intangible cultural heritage in the way of telling cases, so that intangible cultural heritage can be better inherited and protected. Gama Duoji, a member of the Intangible Cultural Heritage Evaluation Committee of the County, taught the trainees about the historical origin of some excellent traditional skills such as Bangdian, Pulu, printing and dyeing, leather goods, etc.

"Going Global" has successively visited three excellent traditional cultural bases, including Tibet Museum, Juemulung Learning Base in Deqing District, Duilong, Lhasa City, and Xuedui White Handicraft Art Center. Every time the trainees arrive at a visiting site, they should carefully listen to the commentator's explanation, carefully observe the product manufacturing process, and deeply understand the value of intangible cultural heritage. Especially in the Juemulong Tibetan Opera Learning Base, the students deeply felt the vitality of the Juemulong Tibetan Opera Team. Through performing Tibetan opera singing and harmonizing Qin passages, the inheritors of song and dance in both places achieved a good purpose of exchange and learning.
