Chayu County Held the First "Yufeng Cup" Vocational Skills Competition

In order to enrich the leisure life of the masses of cadres and improve the popularity of Chayu cuisine, Chayu County recently held the Chayu Taste Food and the first "Yufeng Cup" Vocational Skills Competition. 42 teams from various towns, catering industries, and government departments were divided into professional groups, farmers and herdsmen groups, and government departments to compete.

During the competition, the contestants carefully prepared and demonstrated their specialty dishes, such as Toona sinensis beef, golden shrimp balls, Yipin green gourd and morel mushrooms, which were presented to the audience on the spot one after another with exquisite dishes in color, fragrance and taste. The local traditional food, such as hand pilaf, Tibetan steamed stuffed buns, Bada noodles, etc. of the farmers and herdsmen group, is no inferior. The referee team gave a fair and fair score and detailed comments on each dish, and each group selected the first, second and third prizes, the characteristic prize, the inheritance prize, and the innovation prize.

At the competition site, Chayu wooden bowl, ancient jade Zanba, beef jerky, cliff honey, tea and other special products were also exhibited.
