1、 Application conditions and requirements

（5） There must be water and soil conservation engineers and relevant professionals engaged in engineering consultation and evaluation. Without consent, the project leader shall not be changed during the service period, and those who change without authorization will not be entrusted to carry out consultation and evaluation.

（6） There shall be no record of dishonesty and violation of laws in business activities, and the information of abnormal business is not included in the national enterprise credit information publicity system.

2、 Submission time and review procedure

（1） The consulting and evaluation institutions that meet the conditions of the consulting and evaluation institutions and have the intention to apply shall provide the application materials according to the appendix and submit them to the Water Resources Bureau of the county before May 18, 2024.

（2） For example, the county water conservancy bureau will work with the industry departments to review the information submitted by the consulting and evaluation institutions in accordance with the principles of fairness and impartiality, and propose a preliminary list.

（3） The list of selected consulting and evaluation institutions will be publicized for 5 working days on the news website of the county people's government and on the webmail, such as WeChat public account. Those who have been complained about and verified during the publicity period will not be included.
