According to the Implementation Opinions of Xiangxian County on Establishing a Long term Mechanism for Leading Cadres to Visit the People (for Trial Implementation), matters related to the regular reception of mass activities by Xiangxian County leaders on May 8, May 15, May 22, and May 29, 2024 are announced as follows.

1、 Reception time

9:00-12:30 am and 15:30-18:30 pm every Wednesday.

2、 Reception location

For example, the reception room for the masses of the county petition bureau and the reception room for the masses of the township (town) people's government

3、 Reception mode

（1） People with relevant demands can report problems to the designated place on the reception day.

（2） In principle, the reception order is in the order of visiting time (priority should be given to receiving the relevant appeals of the county leaders in the area in charge). If the actual batch of visitors is not fully received on that day, the County Letters and Calls Bureau should take the lead in coordinating and arranging the reception time separately.

（3） Leaders will not be arranged for the following visits:

1. Complaints that have been accepted and are being handled;

2. Letters and visits that have been reviewed, reviewed and heard;

3. It has been clearly informed of the matters that should be solved by legal means such as litigation, arbitration and administrative reconsideration according to law;

4. The same petition received by the county leaders.

4、 Reception Instructions

1. The reception object must bring valid documents such as ID card, consciously abide by the reception order, obey the arrangement of the staff, report the situation and problems to the designated place, so as not to interfere with the public order and the work order of the state organs.

2. If more than one person reflects the same problem, the representative must be elected according to the Regulations on Petition Work, and the number of representatives must not exceed 5.

3. The information reflected by the recipient shall be objective and true, and shall not fabricate or distort the facts, nor falsely accuse or frame others.

4. The reception object shall not bring people without civil capacity to the reception place.

5. The reception object shall not carry dangerous goods, explosives or controlled equipment.

6. The reception object shall take good care of public property and not damage the public and private property of the reception place.
