At present, the epidemic situation in Macao is generally stable, and the demand for mainland residents to visit Macao is increasing. In order to further facilitate the masses to apply for tourism endorsement to Macao, the Exit Entry Administration Bureau decided to use intelligent endorsement equipment at the exit and entry windows of the national public security organs to accept tourism endorsement applications to Macao. When going to the exit and entry administration department of the public security organ in the place of residence or habitual residence to apply for a visa, the visa applicant who plans to apply for tourism visa to Macao can independently submit the visa application for group tourism and individual tourism to Macao with a valid Hong Kong Macao pass and intelligent endorsement equipment, without submitting paper application materials. After being approved according to law, the tourism visa will be made and issued on the spot. National staff and other personnel required by laws and regulations still need to apply at the manual window.

The relevant person in charge of the Exit Entry Administration said that the use of intelligent endorsement equipment to accept applications from mainland residents for travel to Macao is an important measure taken by the Exit Entry Administration to resolutely implement the Party Central Committee's effective coordination of epidemic prevention and control, economic and social development, and support the moderate and diversified development of Macao's economy.
