Recently, at the survey site of the low-voltage industrial expansion project of Xikou Village Committee, Hulei Town, Yongding District, Longyan City, Fujian Province, the director of Hulei Power Supply Office of State Grid Yongding District Power Supply Company and the discipline inspection committee of the Party branch are conducting double supervision and double check on the process of industrial expansion project. This is a microcosm of Yongding District Power Supply Company's embedding the discipline inspection and supervision function into all links of the industry expansion project, and further strengthening the integrity risk control of "micro power".

It is reported that the low-voltage industry expansion project includes residential and non residential electricity applications and photovoltaic grid connection, involving application initiation, site survey, scheme formulation, construction, acceptance and other links. Recently, the Discipline Inspection Commission of State Grid Yongding District Power Supply Company, in conjunction with the Marketing Department, formulated a "double check" scheme that must be jointly supervised by the director and the discipline inspection committee to further standardize the management of low-voltage industry expansion projects, and at the same time, promote the effective performance of the discipline inspection committee of grass-roots party branches, and build a clean bottom line of "small and micro power".
