Recently, Chengdu Xinjin Times New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Xinjin Times"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ningde Times, won the PAS2060 carbon neutrality certification issued by the world famous certification authority SGS, officially joining the ranks of zero carbon factories and becoming the fourth zero carbon factory of Ningde Times.

With the upgrading of Xinjin era to a "zero carbon factory", Ningde era has further moved towards the zero carbon strategic goal of "achieving carbon neutrality in core operations by 2025, and achieving carbon neutrality in the whole value chain by 2035".

Xinjin Times, located in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, will start mass production in July 2021. At the beginning of the plant construction, the Xinjin era actively responded to the national "double carbon" goal and planned a clear path of energy conservation and emission reduction; Continuously carry out transformation and innovation in energy utilization, transportation and logistics, production and manufacturing, and spare no effort to reduce carbon emissions.

It is one of the core measures of the Xinjin era to widely and deeply apply digital technology to the whole link of carbon emission reduction in factories. Xinjin Era has built a CFMS smart plant management system to provide a smart brain for green energy systems, detect equipment status in real time, coordinate and optimize the total energy consumption of the system and the status of each sub equipment, and safeguard energy security and stability.

In terms of green manufacturing, Xinjin era has built a digital production central control management system, and the overall visual management can significantly reduce process losses; AI visual inspection system can automatically learn and extract defect features, and improve the detection rate in die cutting, slitting, winding and other links.

At the same time, Xinjin era has electrified the logistics chain, widely used electric transport tools, and achieved zero carbon operation from the supply chain to production to the user end. In terms of energy use, Xinjin era adopts hydropower renewable energy to provide clean energy for production and manufacturing.

Last March, Sichuan Shidai Yibin Factory became the world's first battery zero carbon factory. Up to now, there are 4 factories under Ningde Times that have been listed as zero carbon factories, and the number and speed of the evaluation are far ahead in the new energy industry.
