Jiangxi is one of the main early rice production areas in China, with 18 million mu of early rice planting area in the province this year. Since late June, Jiangxi has entered a period of concentrated rainfall, and some early rice fields have appeared the phenomenon of "rain washing the flowers". "Rain washed grain flowers" refers to an agrometeorological disaster in which rice is washed by heavy rainfall during heading and flowering, causing pollen loss and affecting pollination and seed setting. In this regard, the local government has actively organized agricultural technicians to go into the countryside in a lump sum manner to guide farmers to respond scientifically and reduce the impact of disasters.
