Qu Min, the former member and vice chairman of the CPPCC Heilongjiang Provincial Committee, was suspected of taking bribes, which was investigated and concluded by the National Supervision Committee and transferred to the procuratorial organ for review and prosecution. Recently, the Supreme People's Procuratorate made a decision to arrest Qu Min on suspicion of accepting bribes. The case is being further handled.
