In late April, the People's Procuratorate of Guangde County, in accordance with the requirements of "four in one batch", concentrated its preponderant case handling power, strengthened case handling and dispatching, and, after strict review, filed a centralized public prosecution against one criminal case involving 28 underworld like organizations and three criminal cases involving 34 evil force groups.
One criminal case was prosecuted

On April 29, 2019, the People's Procuratorate of Guangde County indicted 28 defendants, including Wang Tao and Wang Xin, on 11 counts of being suspected of organizing, leading, participating in underworld organizations, opening casinos, gathering people to fight, and causing trouble.
The People's Procuratorate of Guangde County has investigated and found out according to law that since the formation and development of the underworld organizations headed by Wang Tao and Wang Xin, they have repeatedly organized illegal and criminal activities by violence, threats or other means to commit crimes, oppress and maim the masses. Illegal manipulation of the underground gambling industry and involvement in civil disputes have had a significant impact in certain areas, seriously undermining the economic order and social life order.
Three cases involving evil were prosecuted
On April 21, the People's Procuratorate of Guangde County prosecuted eight criminal groups of evil forces, including Wang Jiwu, the defendant suspected of opening casinos. The People's Procuratorate of Guangde County, through examination according to law, found that from February 2017 to mid December 2018, the criminal group of evil forces led by the defendant Wang Jiwu often tangled together in order to obtain illegal interests, and carried out many illegal and criminal activities such as opening casinos by threats of violence and other means, which seriously disrupted the order of social life and caused adverse social impact.
On April 24, the People's Procuratorate of Guangde County prosecuted the criminal group of eight evil forces, including Tang Dengcai, the defendant suspected of opening a casino. The People's Procuratorate of Guangde County has verified according to the law that during the period from early November 2018 to December 20, 2018, the defendants Tang Dengcai, Zhou Shengrong and others often tangled with Wang Jiwu's criminal group of evil forces to obtain illegal interests, and jointly carried out several criminal activities such as opening casinos, which seriously disrupted the order of social life and caused adverse social impact.
On April 29, the People's Procuratorate of Guangde County indicted 17 defendants, including Huanghai, on four counts, namely, the crime of opening a casino, the crime of affray, the crime of provoking trouble, and the crime of intentional injury. The People's Procuratorate of Guangde County has verified according to law that during the period from 2017 to July 2018, the criminal groups of evil forces, with the defendant Huang Hai as the leader, often tangled together in order to obtain economic benefits, and jointly carried out many criminal activities, such as making troubles, gathering people to fight, opening casinos, which seriously disrupted the order of social life and caused adverse social impact.
