The following points should also be noted when packaging:
1. Avoid using unprotected cartons and replace them with new ones in time.
2. Avoid that the package does not match the heavy goods or volume of the goods, and it is easy to deform, crack, loosen or leak the contents during transportation. The packaging shall be selected according to the weight or volume of the goods, and the goods must be sealed and reinforced.
3. For liquid colloidal substances, because the shaking during transportation is easy to cause splashing and leakage, they should be properly sealed, reinforced with adhesive tape, and an additional layer of packaging should be added outside the packaging box. At the same time, fillers should be added inside the packaging to reduce collision.
4. For soft goods such as clothing and hardware, in addition to carton packaging, fiber bags must be added for packaging, which has the best waterproof function.
5. Small goods are packed in scattered packages, which are easy to lose due to their small size, and are usually packed in fiber bags.
6. For valuables, precision products, fragile products, liquid products, mechanical parts, instruments, metal products, high specific gravity items and scattered items that are easy to lose, in addition to using ordinary cartons, wooden frames must be added for packaging to strengthen and prevent extrusion to ensure the safety of goods.
7. For small electronic products, shockproof fillers (foam and other materials) should be added when packaging to reduce collision.
8. Heavy goods not packed with wooden frames must be reinforced with packing belts.
