4. Announcement of preliminary examination
If no objection is raised at the expiration of the preliminary examination and approval announcement, the Trademark Office will issue a registration announcement, which will prove that the trademark has been approved and the trademark applicant has obtained the exclusive right to use the trademark.

3、 Is the business scope of registered trademarks of individual businesses restricted?
The Trademark Office will no longer examine whether the scope of goods or services declared by individual businesses when applying for trademark registration is within their approved business scope. If the applicant holds a new version of the business license of self-employed industrial and commercial households that does not record the business scope information to handle trademark applications, he/she will no longer submit the certification materials about the business scope downloaded and printed from the website designated by the registration authority.
