1. Before starting the equipment, read and fully understand the requirements of the Operation Manual, and install and use the equipment according to the requirements of the Operation Manual.  

2. It is forbidden to change the function and setting status of relevant parts of the equipment.  

3. Before use, it is necessary to fully identify and eliminate the possible safety risks caused by the unadaptability of the equipment with the use environment.  

4. Before use, check the electrical system for looseness   Abscission and other abnormalities.  

5. The whole equipment must be reliably grounded (in accordance with GB52261   Standard requirements )。  

6. The pressure gauge and sensor shall be calibrated according to relevant national requirements (refer to the Operation Instruction).  

7. When the equipment is used for pressure test, the tested piece shall be isolated from the operator; Take adequate protective measures to prevent accidents caused by accidental explosion and falling off of pressure parts.  

8. When the equipment is used for cleaning, the operation process shall strictly comply with GB26148-2010 standard.  

9. It is forbidden to disassemble the tested product, high-pressure pipeline or connector under pressure; During equipment maintenance, the power and air supply of the host must be cut off and the system pressure must be removed.
