Purdue oil-free compressor

The compressed air makes the paint flow through the spray gun or paint spraying robot, and then spray it onto the clean metal surface, such as the body surface. The oil contained in the compressed air will prevent the bonding of paint spraying and form paint beads, thus affecting the quality of paint decoration.

Pure oil-free

Use water instead of oil to realize the four functions of lubrication, cooling, sealing and noise reduction, provide high-quality 100% oil-free air, pollution-free and discharged water without special treatment, and meet environmental requirements.

Long life

The symmetry of the structure and the possibility of setting the return hole enable the radial and axial forces generated by the single screw compressor to be fully balanced. Therefore, the design life of the compressor is up to 300000 hours.
