Purdue oil-free compressor

Some special instruments and control valves need to be operated and started by compressed air. The extremely small amount of oil in the compressed air will also cause equipment failure. Maintenance means that running time is reduced, overhaul time and cost are increased, and normal working hours are extended.

Pure oil-free

Use water instead of oil to realize the four functions of lubrication, cooling, sealing and noise reduction, provide high-quality 100% oil-free air, pollution-free and discharged water without special treatment, and meet environmental requirements.

Long life

The symmetry of the structure and the possibility of setting the return hole enable the radial and axial forces generated by the single screw compressor to be fully balanced. Therefore, the design life of the compressor is up to 300000 hours.

Low noise

The sound insulation material of the case is good, the air inlet is equipped with a filter with noise elimination, and the compressor and motor are equipped with vibration damping pads, which further reduces the vibration and noise of the machine.
