      1、 The cases of illegal orders include but are not limited to the following:

      2. Actions that threaten the system security of Home;

      3. Using the home account registered by the software, or accessing or logging into the website of IOT Card Home for illegal user operation in any way not recognized by the home (such as robot software, spider software, crawler software, screen swiping software, etc.);

      4. The act of refusing to receive goods after placing an order includes but is not limited to the following circumstances:

      (1) The customer cannot be contacted for more than two times with the same or different accounts of the same user, and is rejected without justified reasons;

      (2) Other cases judged by IOT Card Home as false order or malicious order;

      5. Using software, technical means, order splitting or other means to register one or more IOT card home accounts for malicious ordering in order to obtain discounts, discounts, rebates, gifts, freight or other benefits;


      2、 In case of any one of the situations in the first article above, IOT Card Home will conduct one or more of the following operations on the illegal order:

      1. Cancel the order;

      2. No delivery;

      3. Intercept and recover orders that have been issued or shipped;
