Before the trial, the prosecutor who undertook the case introduced the basic situation of the case and the trial requirements to the people's supervisor. During the court trial, the people's supervisor observed and supervised the prosecutor's performance of duties in the process of court investigation, adducing evidence, and issuing public prosecution opinions.

After the trial, the people's supervisor evaluates the procuratorial work in combination with the effect of the public prosecutor's appearance in court. The people's supervisor fully affirmed the public prosecutor's appearance in court, and believed that the public prosecutor was well prepared before the court, logical in the process of the court trial, well organized and reasoned, forcefully charged with crimes, and appropriately sentenced, which made the defendant sincerely confess his guilt and repentance, fully demonstrating the prosecutor's legal professionalism and the national prosecutor's judicial responsibility. At the same time, people's supervisors believe that duty crimes are extremely harmful to society, seriously affect the image and credibility of the government and government agencies in the hearts of the people, and damage the political ecology, so they should be severely punished according to law. In addition, the procuratorial organs should strengthen the prevention of duty crimes and deeply participate in social governance.

This year, the Procuratorate of Yijiang District continued to standardize procuratorial case handling activities, improve the external supervision and restriction mechanism for the exercise of procuratorial power, enhance the transparency and credibility of procuratorial work, improve the quality and efficiency of procuratorial case handling, and take the supervision of people's supervisors on case handling activities as an effective way to ensure the quality of cases and improve the effectiveness of cases. In the first quarter of 2024, the People's Procuratorate of Yijiang District invited people's supervisors to accept 55 cases of supervision on handling activities, among which the supervision methods carried out include public review of case public hearing, case quality evaluation, judicial standardization inspection, notification of procuratorial work and delivery of legal documents. More than half of the ten supervision methods have been covered.
