In order to thoroughly implement the criminal policy of tempering justice with mercy and handle each case with high quality and efficiency, the "one-stop" misdemeanor management center was officially inaugurated in the People's Procuratorate of Yijiang District, Wuhu City on March 29. Chai Qingsong, member of the Standing Committee of Yijiang District Party Committee and secretary of the Political and Legal Committee, Chen Ye, director of the first procuratorial department of Wuhu People's Procuratorate, main responsible comrades of the District People's Court, District People's Procuratorate, District Judicial Bureau and relevant responsible comrades of the District Public Security Branch attended the joint meeting and the unveiling ceremony.

At the joint meeting, all political and legal units jointly observed the first public hearing of Yijiang District People's Procuratorate on the application of the public service investigation mechanism for minor criminal cases, learned about the relevant situation of the mechanism, and conducted a warm exchange and discussion on the previously countersigned documents such as the "one-stop" Opinions on Promoting the Comprehensive Treatment of Minor Crimes.

Yijiang District "one-stop" misdemeanor management center integrates the functions of case handling, legal assistance, measure guarantee, voluntary service, etc., and explores to build a one-stop, full process misdemeanor management system. At the event, Chai Qingsong, member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Yijiang District Committee and secretary of the Political and Legal Committee, and Chen Mei, secretary of the Party Leadership Group and chief procurator of the Yijiang District Procuratorate, jointly unveiled the "one-stop" misdemeanor management center in Yijiang District.

Chai Qingsong pointed out that the Procuratorate of Yijiang District took the lead in setting up a misdemeanor governance center, which demonstrated that the grass-roots procuratorial organs were able to perform their duties according to the law, find new ideas and explore new horizons, and required the political and legal units of Yijiang District to realize the concept of re upgrading, strength re cohesion, quality and efficiency re upgrading, and experience re summary, and jointly promote the in-depth operation of the "one-stop" misdemeanor governance center.

Next, relying on the "one-stop" misdemeanor governance center, the Procuratorate of Yijiang District will further improve relevant systems and mechanisms, promote the coordination of all political and legal units in Yijiang District to perform their duties, integrate misdemeanor governance into the overall situation of peace and rule of law in Yijiang District, and improve the modernization of social governance system and governance capacity in Yijiang District.
