The Procuratorate of Jiujiang District has given play to the procuratorial function of "public interest litigation+administration", built a legal supervision model that protects the "half sky" women's rights and interests, checked the employment service information published on various platforms by using big data, sorted out some types of work or positions in the jurisdiction that are not suitable for women according to the law, but set the discrimination content of "men only", On this basis, we issued procuratorial suggestions to the administrative departments in charge and the employing enterprises, urged them to rectify and amend 13 types of work "not belonging to" and "not suitable for" women, involving 65 posts, and promoted the improvement of the recruitment information review mechanism. In addition, the People's Procuratorate of Jiujiang District also focused on the implementation of benefits, and ensured that female employees could earn a living by comparing social security payment records, random telephone interviews and other methods.

Taking supporting prosecution as an important measure to deepen the "inspection and protection of the people's livelihood", relying on the "salary" work contact point set up in the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, we explored "one-stop" services, provided procuratorial support from the whole chain of case filing, litigation preparation, prosecution and court trial, helped review materials, clarify the case facts and legal relationships, and solved problems such as difficulty in providing evidence and insufficient ability to respond to litigation.
