Continuously strengthen supervision in the field of food safety, Carry out special food safety supervision actions with the market supervision department, The situation of Thai fragrant rice, supermarket bulk food, baking food, etc. Investigate the illegal business clues of the takeout platform merchants in Wanpeng District pushed by the big data supervision system of the provincial procuratorate, and make and issue the procuratorial recommendations to urge the administrative authorities to perform their duties of food safety supervision on small catering operators according to law. The "four strictest" requirements for food safety were implemented, and criminal incidental civil public interest litigation was filed against violators who sold toxic and harmful food, and more than 4.2 million yuan of punitive damages were recovered.

In recent years, some manufacturing enterprises, in pursuit of economic interests, illegally added chemicals to anti bacteria (anti bacteria) preparations, or made labels that did not meet the requirements of the specifications in the outer labels and instructions of disinfection products, misleading consumers. In response to such situations, the People's Procuratorate of Wangui District actively implemented the work deployment of the Supreme People's Procuratorate on carrying out special supervision activities for public interest litigation on illegal addition of "anti bacteria" preparations, Carry out the special supervision action of "Xiao" brand anti (bacteriostatic) preparations, Carry out investigation on the "Xiao" brand products sold on the market in accordance with the law, file a case and issue pre litigation procuratorial suggestions, further standardize the business activities of anti bacteria (bacteriostatic) preparations, and seriously investigate and deal with illegal acts of anti bacteria (bacteriostatic) preparations such as illegally adding prohibited substances and suggesting therapeutic effects in accordance with the law.

With the development of the network era, while digitalization and information technology provide convenient services for people, information risks also rise sharply. The Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, which will be implemented on November 1, 2021, specifically establishes public interest litigation provisions, which explicitly includes personal information protection into the legal field of public interest litigation in procuratorial work, and makes clear provisions on the public interest litigation of personal information protection filed by procuratorial organs and other organizations.

In order to give full play to the role of the procuratorial organ in the field of personal information protection, the People's Procuratorate of Wangui District handled several cases of criminal incidental civil public interest litigation against citizens' personal information, severely cracked down on illegal and criminal acts of divulging personal information and infringing personal privacy, and did a good job of "big article" from a "small cut" to urge citizens to rectify personal information security issues, We will earnestly safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of citizens and the public interest. Handled "A series of public interest litigation cases against infringement of consumers' personal information and promotion of litigation source governance" was selected by the People's Procuratorate of Anhui Province as a typical case in the field of consumer rights protection in 2023.
