In order to thoroughly implement the Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Strengthening the Legal Supervision of Procuratorates in the New Era and promote the formation of a governance pattern of co construction and co governance to ensure the payment of migrant workers' wages, on February 6, the joint meeting on migrant workers' support for prosecution in Jinghu District, Wuhu City was held at the People's Procuratorate in Jinghu District. The meeting was presided over by Dai Xiangjun, Deputy Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Procurator General of Jinghu District Procuratorate, attended by Zhang Chaoyang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy President of Jinghu District People's Court, Ben Daosheng, Deputy Director of Jinghu District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, He Aifang, member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of Jinghu District Justice Bureau, and the head of the Fourth Procuratorate Department of Jinghu District Procuratorate and relevant police officers.



At the meeting, Dai Xiangjun interpreted the Guidelines for Civil Prosecutors to Support Prosecutions, introduced in detail the work of district procuratorates to support prosecutions in 2023, and led everyone to collectively learn the typical cases of the highest level of prosecution support. The person in charge of the fourth procuratorial department made a statement on the "Opinions on Establishing and Improving the Mechanism of Support and Prosecution of Migrant Workers".


The participants conducted in-depth discussions and exchanges around the cooperation opinions and the recently handled related cases. All units said that the establishment and improvement of cooperation opinions can effectively form a joint force to ensure the payment of migrant workers' wages, promote the operation of a diversified dispute resolution mechanism, and promote the settlement of cases. At the same time, all units put forward opinions on the implementation, refinement and improvement of the contents of the cooperation opinions.


Finally, on the basis of full communication in the early stage, all units countersigned the "Cooperation Opinions on Establishing and Improving the Working Mechanism of Migrant Workers' Support for Prosecution" on the spot, which defined the cooperation mechanisms such as daily contact, communication and cooperation, clue transfer, case handling, etc., providing effective guidance for all units to cooperate and fully protect "wage earners".
