In order to further promote the case cultivation work, the People's Procuratorate of Wanpeng District, Wuhu City held a case work promotion meeting on November 9, focusing on summarizing the weak points, weaknesses and shortcomings, and deploying related work. Xu Lei, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Procurator General of the Academy presided over the meeting, and members of the leadership of the Academy, heads of departments and liaison officers attended the meeting.
The meeting reported the cultivation of typical cases in the whole hospital. Since 2022, Wanpeng District Procuratorate has insisted on taking case training as an important means of "building craftsman's spirit and creating quality inspection". It has changed its concept, built mechanisms and dug deeply, and selected 36 typical cases of various types, including 5 typical cases published by the highest level inspection and 14 typical cases published by the provincial people's court. The number and quality of the published cases are among the forefront of the city. At the same time, it also points out that the development of cases in the four major procuratorial areas is not balanced, the linkage between the top and bottom is not enough, and the cultivation of joint forces is not strong, and puts forward targeted countermeasures. The heads of each department, in combination with the actual work, deeply analyzed the shortcomings and causes of the case work, and proposed the next step of typical case training plan. The leaders in charge comment on the achievements and shortcomings of the case work, further elaborate on how to cultivate the case, what to do, who to do and other issues, and put forward specific requirements. Adhere to the concept of "one case is better than a dozen documents", and always regard the cultivation of typical cases as a "top leader" project. Typical cases and high-quality cases are important yardsticks to measure the quality and efficiency of handling cases, an important way to improve comprehensive quality, an important way to popularize the law, and an important channel to improve people's satisfaction. We should actively strengthen the awareness of cases, explore the "rich mine" of cases, give full play to the role of cases in law interpretation, publicity and education, and guide case handling, lead the social awareness of the rule of law, promote social governance, and improve people's satisfaction.
Tree selection should have goals and cultivation should be systematic
The cultivation of typical cases is an overall and basic work. It is necessary to constantly strengthen organizational leadership, clarify the main responsibilities of typical case cultivation, and ensure that the cultivation work is carried out in a coordinated manner, promoted in an orderly manner, and completed at a high standard. The department directors should take the lead in scheduling, establish a typical case base and assign special personnel to take charge of it, and carry out regular research and analysis. Establish a mechanism of subject cultivation, joint consultation and multiple review to control the quality of cases. Revitalize resources, unblock the channels for internal and external collaboration and connection, and activate the source of case transmission.
Awareness should be enhanced and the effect should be extended
We should enhance our sensitivity, focus on new laws and regulations, new charges, social hot spots, blocking problems, and special activities, and screen and dig the "seeds" of cases. We should enhance the accuracy, focus on the induction, refinement and sublimation of case elements, and enhance the typicality and appeal of cases. We should enhance the effectiveness, focus on the organic unity of the "three effects" of handling cases, and effectively carry out the source of litigation governance to achieve the actual effect of "handling one case, governing one area, and benefiting one party". It is necessary to enhance synergy, give full play to the advantages of "procuratorial integration", cultivate multi-dimensional and all-round synergy, promote the orderly and methodical development of case work, and promote case cultivation to yield more fruits.
