The prosecutor and the police both expressed their opinions and fully discussed the recent difficult cases, and said that the common administrative criminals should be handled well in connection with the execution of sentences, and the circumstances such as the motivation, purpose, and way of committing crimes should be considered comprehensively, instead of being treated as crimes. For returned cases, we should give full play to the role of the outline of returned cases, increase investigation efforts, and improve the quality of cases. The prosecutor and the police also put forward relevant suggestions on the jurisdiction of the case and how to supervise the withdrawal of the transferred case. Both parties agreed that since its establishment, the Office of Investigation Supervision and Cooperation has not only effectively guided investigation and evidence collection, standardized law enforcement and justice, but also played a role in pre trial filtering of simple cases and improved the application of expedited adjudication procedures.
