From 2021 to 2022, 8 defendants, including Mr. Li A and Mr. Li B, have repeatedly committed such illegal and criminal acts as gathering people to fight, causing trouble, fraud, extortion, and opening casinos, which have caused relatively bad social impact.

After the trial, the NPC deputies and CPPCC members who watched the trial held a symposium in the conference room of the People's Procuratorate of Yijiang District. At the symposium, the deputies listened to the report on the juvenile procuratorial work of the People's Procuratorate of Yijiang District, fully affirmed it, and put forward suggestions on further improving the juvenile procuratorial work.

The People's Procuratorate of Yijiang District also cooperated with the Community Correction Administration Bureau to carry out special warning education for juvenile community correction personnel after the court hearing, alerting them to learn from the case, abide by the law, fear the law, abandon bad habits, establish a correct outlook on life, world outlook, values, and consciously accept the transformation. Juvenile correctees all said that they had benefited a lot from this trial observation and warning education activity. They will certainly abide by the community correction regulations, establish lofty ideals, and take a down-to-earth life path in the future.

In the next step, the People's Procuratorate of Yijiang District will give full play to its procuratorial functions.
