Because of updating the judicial concept and practicing justice for the people, the "half a kilogram shrimp" case handled by the Court was successfully selected as one of the "small cases" of the procuratorial organ of Anhui Province, which is a hot topic of people's livelihood.

Zhao Chuan fully recognized the highlights and achievements of the Economic Development Zone Academy in handling illegal fishing cases, and further promoted the fight against illegal fishing crimes. Zhao Chuan pointed out that:
