On the morning of July 18, Dai Xiangjun, the chief procurator in charge of the court, presided over a public hearing. At the hearing, the case facts and the application of law were introduced in detail by the prosecutor in charge, and the hearing matters were explained. Xu Shuang introduced the identification of "shell companies" and the process of revoking business licenses from the perspective of administrative law enforcement. Subsequently, the participants fully expressed their opinions on the two cases and agreed to prepare and issue the procuratorial proposal to the Market Supervision Administration of Jinghu District, Wuhu City.
