   The 12309 Procuratorial Service Center of the People's Procuratorate of Wanpeng District was upgraded from the original procuratorial work area in October 2018 according to the unified deployment of the Supreme People's Procuratorate. It is a unified external comprehensive service platform of the People's Procuratorate, providing one-stop procuratorial services for the public through 12309 physical halls, websites, hotlines, WeChat public accounts and other channels.  

   The 12309 procuratorial service center of the hospital includes the case management hall, the complaint and appeal reception hall and multiple functional areas. Since its establishment, it has won the honorary title of "Civilized Reception Room" of the national procuratorial organ for two consecutive times.

   The case management center of the hospital was established in April 2012, which is mainly responsible for unified case acceptance, process monitoring, case information disclosure, case quality evaluation and statistical data management.

   The preliminary procedure review shall be conducted in the case of import, and the review and control shall be conducted in the case of export.

   Strengthen case handling process monitoring and be a good supervisor  

   Focus on examining whether the document making is standardized, whether the case card is filled in accurately, and whether the case handling time is overdue.

   Carry out case quality assessment and be a good quality inspector      

   The entity, procedure, document making and law application of key cases shall be comprehensively reviewed and judged.

   Provide lawyer reception service and be a good waiter  

   Open a green channel for lawyers to provide convenient and efficient services for lawyers, such as online marking, on-site inquiry, and transmitting materials.

   Strengthen data verification and analysis, and be a good controller  

   Strengthen the verification of business data information quality and analysis of case handling data to provide reference for leaders to make decisions and conduct business.  

   In 2022, the Case Management Center will take the "Year of Quality Construction" of procuratorial work as an opportunity, take the "Four Prosecutors" of supervision, management and service guarantee as the goal, comprehensively improve the quality of case management work, and strive to contribute to the high-quality development of the procuratorial work in Taiwan.
