　　 With the dependence of the public on the Internet in the information age, personal information security issues are also getting more and more attention. When we leave traces on the network, there is also a risk that personal information will be stolen or even used unknowingly, which requires us to improve our security awareness and develop good operating habits to do a good job of self-protection to the greatest extent.  

　　 In recent years, there have been frequent cases of telecommunication network fraud. Some people are greedy for small profits and small benefits. Knowing that the other party may have illegal acts, they still feel lucky to provide them with bank cards, phone cards, collection codes and other payment and settlement assistance, and believe that they have not directly participated in criminal activities. In fact, these selling and leasing acts happen to provide convenience for criminals to commit crimes such as telecom fraud and money laundering, which make victims suffer economic losses and even make them fall into the quagmire of helping information network crimes.

　　 Case 1: During the summer vacation, Mr. Cai, who had nothing to do, received a phone call from a friend asking whether he was willing to sell Alipay at a price of 1000 yuan, and then Mr. Cai handed over his Alipay to the other party. In the process of the other party's operation, Cai realized that the other party might be engaged in illegal crimes, but he still had a fluke mentality, lent his Alipay, and illegally earned 600 yuan from it. After interrogation, Cai confessed to the fact that he helped information network criminal activities.  

　　 Case 2: At the end of the year, Xu Moudong, who had no financial resources, received a call from a friend asking for help in "money laundering". At the request of the other party for many times, Xu Moudong accepted the other party's request and invited his girlfriend and two friends. Knowing that the other party is engaged in illegal and criminal activities, the four people still lent their bank cards, Alipay, etc. to the other party and illegally earned 6000 yuan from them. After interrogation, Xu Moudong confessed to the fact that he helped information network criminal activities.  

　　 Case 3: During the summer vacation, Lei, who had just finished his birthday, had a rest in the hotel with his friends. During this period, I received a message from a friend asking whether he was willing to help him "score" and make money. Knowing that it was illegal, Lei refused his friend, but he couldn't help asking. Therefore, Lei introduced his friends to the other side for "running points" and illegally earned 50 yuan from them. Since both parties are friends of Lei, Lei did not stop them and did not report to the public security organ in time, knowing that both parties are engaged in illegal and criminal activities.

　　 Legal awareness is weak. According to statistics, most of the suspects of the gang trust are juveniles and young people who have just entered the society. They have not yet formed a basic understanding of the legal concept. Moreover, it is difficult to make accurate judgments about legal and illegal matters without basic learning of China's legal knowledge, so that it is not even aware that it has violated the law.

　　 Poor values. They do not have the ability to control money. When young people are in the dilemma of "no money", "want to use money" and "change money", they often get hot headed because of "quick money". Regardless of whether the source of money is legal or not, they make a sale of their "legitimate rights and interests" to exchange for "illegal small profits".

Be careless in making friends. In the process of growth, in addition to school and family education, people in the surrounding environment also played a subtle role. Before the establishment of a correct and mature view, minors are like a piece of white paper with strong plasticity, which makes them more vulnerable to pollution. This is the truth: "Those who are close to the ink will be red, and those who are close to the ink will be black.". A good partnership can better promote each other's growth, and its role of "moistening things silently" is incomparable with that of home school education. 　　 The crime of helping information network criminal activities, also known as the "crime of helping trust", refers to the serious behavior of a natural person or unit who knowingly uses the information network to commit a crime and provides technical support such as Internet access, server trusteeship, network storage, communication transmission, or provides help such as publicity, payment and settlement.  

　　 According to Article 287 bis of the Criminal Law , which constitutes the crime of helping information network criminal activities, shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years or criminal detention, and shall also, or shall only, be fined.
