　　 Also, he explained the legal provisions in the Civil Code that are closely related to the masses in simple and understandable language, highlighted private lending, guarantees and other contents in combination with actual cases, focused on analyzing the legal risks in private lending and the corresponding guarantee responsibilities that should be borne by the guarantor in the guarantee contract, and reminded the staff present at the meeting in the guarantee contract "Be careful when signing".

If they did not understand the results, the prosecutor would answer them. At the same time, we asked the person in charge of the company about the production and operation of the enterprise, the law and litigation, and reminded the person in charge that the Contract Law of the People's Republic of China will be abolished at the same time after the implementation of the Civil Code, and we should pay attention to the application of law when signing contracts. After the lecture, the institute presented the company with a separate copy of the Civil Code and answered the legal questions raised by employees in their work and life one by one.
