In order to strictly implement the Opinions of the Supreme People's Procuratorate and the Ministry of Public Security on Improving the Mechanism of Investigation Supervision and Cooperation, two month eighteen On the morning of November th, the Procuratorate of Fanchang District and the Public Security Branch of Fanchang District jointly held the establishment meeting of the Office of Investigation, Supervision and Cooperation, and held the listing ceremony. Qin Wentao, Deputy District Head of Fanchang District Government, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the District Public Security Branch, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group of Fanchang District Procuratorate, thanked them for attending the meeting and unveiling the plaque. Cheng Can, Deputy Director of the Second Procuratorate Department of Wuhu Procuratorate, attended the meeting for guidance. The directors of all police stations of the district public security sub bureau and all policemen of the first procuratorial department of the district procuratorate attended the meeting.  

　　 At the meeting, the District Procuratorate and the District Public Security Branch jointly signed the Working Rules of the Office of Investigation Supervision and Cooperation (for trial implementation) to clarify the working principles and responsibilities of the cooperation office.  

　　 Both sides agreed that the establishment of the Office of Investigation Supervision and Cooperation has enabled the performance of the functions of the procuratorial organ to achieve the transformation from post engagement to pre engagement, from correction to prevention, and that the public and procuratorial organs can better adapt to the requirements of the reform of the trial centered criminal procedure system, opening a new model of procuratorial police cooperation.  

　　 After the ceremony, the Office of Investigation Supervision and Cooperation held the first joint meeting to carry out in-depth exchanges on difficult issues encountered in the work and reach consensus on litigation supervision and cooperation, early intervention, criminal case arrest reporting standards and other issues.  

　　 In the next step, the Procuratorate of Fanchang District and the Public Security Branch of Fanchang District will take the establishment of the Office of Investigation Supervision and Cooperation as an opportunity, adhere to the concept of joint construction and sharing, do a good job in internal and external cooperation, and promote the formation of a new relationship between prosecutors and police from the perspective of win-win and win-win, making greater contributions to the building of peace and prosperity and the rule of law.
