The target of this recruitment in Qinghai is the current village (community) party organization secretary who has a high school (including technical secondary school) or higher education background, is over 18 years old and under 45 years old, has been competent or above in the annual assessment for the past two years, and has been serving as the village (community) party organization secretary for five consecutive years. The examination can be started only when the ratio between the number of applicants confirmed and the number of positions planned is no less than 3:1. If the specified proportion is not enough, the number of job recruitment plans will be cancelled or reduced accordingly after the approval of the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee.
