At about 20:00 on June 15, the D909 EMU train started from Beijing West Railway Station and the D907 train started from Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station and headed for Hong Kong West Kowloon Railway Station. High speed railway network strongly supports regional coordinated development

Data shows that by the end of 2023, the operating mileage of China's railways has reached 159000 kilometers, including 45000 kilometers of high-speed railways. 80% of the main channels of the "eight vertical and eight horizontal" high-speed railway network have been completed and 15% are under construction.
