First, consolidate work responsibilities. Adhere to the special shift operation, strengthen the organization and leadership, follow the principle of "territorial management, hierarchical responsibility, who is in charge, who is responsible" in the handling of hotline work orders and the submission of results, and solve problems in a timely and local manner according to law.
Second, we should pay close attention to source control. The city's labor relations informant team is fully covered at the three levels of cities, towns and villages, accurately checks the clues of salary arrears, and does a good job in risk assessment, tracking and handling, information submission and other related work. Carry out special services for migrant workers online and offline, regularly push links to knowledge of laws and regulations, provide special legal advice, and carry out case interpretation into the construction site.
Third, strengthen coordination and linkage. Promote the efficient operation mechanism of "human society+trade union" and "court+trade union", and form a three-dimensional network to prevent and resolve disputes. Open the service mode of "trade union+lawyer", and the trade union lawyers team will regularly go to the legal aid site to carry out legal consultation and legal aid. So far, 189 clues have been completed and 41 cases have been assisted.
