On June 11, the Sichuan Chongqing Meizi Labor Union Station in Jianyang City, Chengdu, Sichuan Province carried out mental health training for workers in new employment forms. Professional lecturers were invited to give lectures on the spot, and more than 50 month old sister-in-law, childcare sister-in-law, elderly care nurses and nursing workers attended the training.

This training focuses on four aspects: psychological decompression, overcoming job burnout, personal emotion management, and maintaining harmonious family relations. It uses case analysis and classroom interaction to explain the importance of mental health, learn to adjust their own emotions, and maintain harmonious family relations.

In the psychological decompression link, the lecturer led everyone to carry out relaxation training and breathing exercises to help ease tension, relax body and mind, so as to deal with their own work pressure more calmly. At the same time, the lecturer shared some practical methods on how to quickly adjust emotions to avoid negative emotions affecting work and life. Ms. Zhang, an elderly care worker, said happily, "Today's lesson is very interesting. I learned not only how to manage emotions, but also how to get along with couples. Only when I am in a good mood can I work and live better."

Through this training, we not only mastered practical mental health knowledge and skills, but also enhanced our professional quality and ability to cope with various pressures.
