（1） Preliminary round (June 7 to June 30, 2024)

The organizer will jointly print and distribute the activity notice and competition rules. The municipal (prefectural) federation of trade unions (trade union offices), the working committee of the district directly administered organs, the district education department, the district SASAC, the district federation of industry and commerce, and the district financial trade union are responsible for organizing the registration and preliminary selection. The organizing committee of the competition will organize relevant professionals to provide technical guidance, supervise and check to ensure the effectiveness.

（2） Final (July 26 August 5, 2024)

The municipal (prefectural) federation of trade unions (trade union office), the working committee of the district directly under the Central Government, the district education department, the district SASAC, the district federation of industry and commerce, and the district financial trade union, each organized a team to enter the finals.

6、 Scope of Participants

1. After working in the Tibet Autonomous Region for one year, the employees of the district (central) direct organs, all cities (prefectures), all industries (systems), enterprises and institutions, and central enterprises in Tibet who are currently in office can participate in the competition.

2. Active servicemen and athletes are not allowed to enter the competition.

5 major events and 43 minor events. 1. Ball games: men's football (11 player system), men's and women's basketball (5 player system), men's and women's table tennis (singles, doubles), men's and women's badminton (singles, doubles), billiards (Chinese style black 8, snooker). 2. Track and field events: 100 meters for men and women, 200 meters for men and women, 400 meters for men and women, 3000 meters for men, 1500 meters for women, 4 × 100 meters relay for men and women, shot put for men and women, and long jump for men and women. 3. Chess and card events: Go, Chinese chess, guandan, poker doubles, bridge, Chinese checkers. 4. (3) Table tennis. The autonomous region table tennis association is responsible for organizing the implementation. 5. Other projects: Xiuzi, Kronball (Tibetan billiards). The Autonomous Region Social and Ethnic Traditional Sports Guidance and Management Center shall be responsible for organizing the implementation. Time: July 26 - August 5, 2024; Venue: Lhasa Mass Culture and Sports Center (proposed); Competition form: Xiuzi, Kronball (Tibetan snooker), each team is limited to 1-3 players in each event.

8、 Activity requirements

1. The selection of each team and the transportation, accommodation, sports clothes and subsidies during the competition shall be borne by themselves.
