CAMCE News Recently, the second seafood feast cooking contest (amateur group) in Chengyang District, Qingdao, Shandong Province was held in the square of Hongdao Leisure Fishing Village. Folk cooking experts from Hongdao demonstrated their unique skills and presented a wonderful food contest.

It is understood that this competition is hosted by the Chengyang District Federation of Trade Unions and the Hongdao Sub district Office. It is the second seafood feast cooking competition (professional group) in Chengyang District in the early stage "Sisters". After the preliminary registration screening, 30 contestants stood out. The competition takes the Red Island clam as the core material, and the contestants are free to innovate and produce the special seafood food of Red Island, demonstrating the folk cooking skills. Representatives of the CPPCC members of Chengyang District, representatives of local food entrepreneurs, representatives of featured catering, representatives of community secretaries and media celebrities were invited to make comments on the spot, and participants tasted food.

After fierce competition, 3 players, including Lv Shuaishuai from Suliu Community, stood out and won the first prize; Han Yuying and other 6 players from Goujiao Community followed closely and won the second prize; Lv Lianying and other 9 players from Xidayang Community also performed well and won the third prize.

"I'm a food lover. I usually like to study the production of various special foods. I heard of such a good activity, so I signed up immediately. I want to have a chance with experts and experience the craftsmanship of various folk chefs." Xu Feng, a contestant in Jiayuan Community, said excitedly.
