The criminal facts were clear, the evidence was true and sufficient, and the seven defendants should be investigated for criminal responsibility for the crime of illegal fishing for aquatic products. At the same time, the District Procuratorate, as a public interest litigation prosecutor, filed a criminal incidental civil public interest litigation, requiring seven people to bear joint and several liability for related losses.

During the trial, the judge organized the court investigation, court debate and the defendant's final statement in accordance with the legal procedure. Seven defendants confessed to their own criminal facts and expressed their regret. The case will be sentenced on an optional date.
