Since the launch of the competition, medical and health institutions at all levels in Puyang City have been extensively mobilized and actively prepared. All contestants carefully selected topics and devoted themselves to creating. More than 500 medical workers have devoted themselves to the creation of health science popularization works with full enthusiasm. A total of 78 performance works and 65 literary and artistic works entered the municipal contest after being selected and recommended in the preliminary contest of each county, district and unit. After expert evaluation and selection, 36 performance works finally reached the final.

Since 2018, Puyang has held six consecutive health science popularization ability contests, creating a big stage for health science popularization skills training, allowing more and more medical workers to come from behind the scenes and actively participate in health science popularization activities.
