Guang'an District dynamically released information about local development, homecoming entrepreneurship policies and other information, held a forum for local people, and successfully attracted more than 180 outstanding local people to return to their hometown for entrepreneurship, with more than 40 related enterprises investing. The district supports the introduction of graduates to lead agricultural enterprises and family farms, accumulatively attracting 36 college graduates, and providing policy subsidies of more than 400000 yuan, driving 1500 farmers around to find jobs.
Guang'an District has also built expert workstations and postgraduate joint training bases with 8 scientific research institutions, including Sichuan Academy of Agricultural Sciences and Southwest University, by virtue of the designated assistance of the Ministry of Commerce, eastern and western cooperation and other platforms.
