The Binhai New Area Federation of Trade Unions has always attached great importance to the work of staying in place, and has developed a detailed work plan with the starting point of improving the work style, enhancing the feelings of workers, and promoting the solution of the practical difficulties and problems faced by the grassroots trade unions and the workers and the masses. It has put forward five missions and tasks of "strengthening the thinking, improving the quality, grasping the basic level, building harmony, and building a network", Ensure to promote "solving a number of problems, achieving a number of practical things, forming a number of achievements, and training a number of cadres", realize the normalization, long-term effectiveness, and institutionalization of grassroots work, and make trade union activities more grounded and work more vibrant. In order to ensure that the work in situ plays an active role in the innovative services of trade unions, the New Area Federation of Trade Unions selected competent trade union cadres to form a working group in situ to comprehensively understand the working conditions of grassroots trade unions, the living conditions of workers, and the existing difficulties and problems through holding symposiums, individual interviews, questionnaires and other ways. In the contact service, the working group will act as a good policy propagandist, take flexible and diverse forms, do a good job of ideological guidance, focus on the main business, and strengthen key work breakthroughs.

It is reported that since 2021, the Binhai New Area Federation of Trade Unions has earnestly implemented the requirements of the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions on carrying out the activity of organ cadres going to the grass-roots level, and has successively sent trade union cadres to the development zone, street towns and other units to carry out work. The working group has gone to grass-roots units for 110 times, covering high-tech enterprises such as biomedicine, auto parts, wind power generation, traditional manufacturing enterprises, and new business platform enterprises such as water cat craftsman platform, fast dog taxi, etc. It has widely listened to the needs of grassroots and workers for the District Federation of Trade Unions, and worked hard to make it clear. Up to now, five research results have been formed with the main contents of new business form organization, new employment form workers' membership, industrial workers' reform, and "four send and one supplement", providing effective basis for creative trade union work. In addition, based on the problems found in the survey, the working group interacted with the business departments and offices of the New Area Federation of Trade Unions, analyzed and studied the methods and ideas to solve the problems, put forward feasible opinions and suggestions, solved 86 grassroots trade union organizations and employee needs, benefited more than 28000 employees, and made employees feel that the trade union is around, The sense of gain, happiness and security continued to improve.
