The Democratic Progressive Party's "Double Independence Combination" officially took office, and Lai Qingde's "May 20" speech was full of separatism of the "new two countries theory" and confrontation thinking of "anti China, anti hatred and anti China", which was a blatant challenge to the political foundation and peace bottom line of cross-strait relations. At the same time, Lai Qingde also clearly demonstrated the "four pillars" and "three tasks" of his next "Taiwan independence project", which will continue to severely impact cross-strait relations in the next four years, and exacerbate the dangerous situation of high winds and high waves in the Taiwan Strait.
Lai Qingde Releases "Taiwan Independence Jin Sun Confessions"
As a certified "Taiwan independence golden sun" and a self defined "Taiwan independence worker" in the island, Lai Qingde willfully exposed his "Taiwan independence" inner monologue after "taking power".
First of all, Lai Qingde publicized the so-called "cross-strait non subordination" and other separatist fallacies, and moved towards "legal Taiwan independence". At the same time, demonizing the just cause of reunification between the mainland and China, inciting confrontation between the two sides of the Taiwan Straits, and finding excuses for stubborn rejection of reunification. In addition, we should build a "democratic Taiwan" that integrates the narrative of the "new cold war" between the United States and the West against China, advocate that Taiwan can play the "leading role" in the whole chain of the "new cold war", redouble its efforts to seek refuge and attract external forces to intervene in the Taiwan Strait, and seek external support for "independence".
On the whole, Lai Qingde's speech is a systematic integration of his various long-term "Taiwan independence" arguments, which is not only a dangerous provocation to the bottom line of peace between the two sides of the Taiwan Straits, but also a road map for him to occupy power in the island and promote a new form of "Taiwan independence project" in the next four years, which is highly consistent with his previous "four pillars" and "three major tasks of Taiwan independence".
Attempt to raise the confrontation between the two sides of the Taiwan Straits with the "four pillars" as the starting point
The "four pillars" are Lai Qingde's route and starting point to follow Cai Yingwen's "four insistences" principle in cross-strait relations. It is intended to make Taiwan play a more critical role in the "security chain", "value chain" and "democracy chain" of the United States and the West, maintain a strong confrontation position in cross-strait interaction, and accelerate "leaving China and entering the West, relying on the United States and resisting China".
Pillar I: comprehensively enhance Taiwan's position in the defense and deterrence system of the US island chain. Recently, the focus of the United States to strengthen the Western Pacific deterrence system against China is to integrate the island chain defense of Japan, Taiwan and the Philippines. Strategically, seeking opportunities is integrated into the "small multilateral mechanism" of the United States to intervene in the new layout of the Taiwan Strait, and promote the "United States Taiwan defense integration" with the United States. In terms of equipment, we will accelerate the handling of negotiations, legal and receiving affairs such as US arms sales to Taiwan, military assistance and "regional emergency reserves", and improve defense budgets. In terms of personnel, follow Israel's example to implement the "national defense mobilization system". In addition, we will cooperate with the United States in upgrading and deploying "anti denial" air defense systems, "coastal combat groups" or formed garrison training in Taiwan.
Pillar II: Deepen "Taiwan independence in economy, trade, science and technology" and consolidate the foundation of "curbing China's rejection of reunification". Lai Qingde's "Taiwan independence economics" has begun to take shape: first, define "economic security is national security", and let Taiwan's economy "not follow the old path of economic lock-in into China", but take the wrong path of "decoupling from the mainland economy and trade to reduce dependence", and cooperate with the United States and the West to upgrade the containment and blockade of the mainland. Secondly, the focus on the "five trust industries", namely semiconductor, artificial intelligence, military industry, security monitoring and communication, is intended to link and integrate the competitiveness and innovation potential of Taiwan's core industries into the supply chain restructuring of the United States and the West's "democratic confrontation against authoritarianism", the "friendly outsourcing" and geopolitical conflict needs in the high-tech field. Moreover, the so-called "Taiwan's economy never goes down" has been created. Forcing Taiwan factories to go out passively and transfer the economic dominance to others; Just sign the new agreement to promote "trade diversification" and "enterprise globalization" with the United States and the West, and accelerate the "economic colonization" of Taiwan from the perspective of investment and trade.
Pillar 3: Consolidate the foundation of "Taiwan independence" with "values diplomacy". Integrate into the "democratic community" of the United States and the West, and strive to consolidate and shelter "Taiwan independence". At the same time, the "island of human rights" is a false name, and external forces use the so-called "human rights are higher than sovereignty" as an excuse to block reunification, extending the theory of "residents' self-determination" as the theoretical basis for "referendum for independence". Moreover, linking "democracy and human rights" with "anti war", and combining with international geopolitical conflicts, external forces are encouraged to intervene in the Taiwan Strait on the pretext of "protecting the independent security of Taiwan people".

In terms of cross-strait relations, the so-called "new two countries theory", "democratic Taiwan independence theory" and "cross-strait non subordination theory" are taken as principles, the so-called "reciprocity" is used to cover up confrontation, hostility is used to replace goodwill, and the so-called "stronger posture" is used to handle relations with the mainland.
Attempt to promote the "three major tasks of Taiwan independence" and remove internal obstacles
Lai Qingde's "three major tasks for Taiwan independence", with the so-called "safeguarding Taiwan's sovereignty" as a gimmick, and with the high attitude of "leader" and "reformer", intends to promote "national reconstruction, social transformation, and people washing" in the island from top to bottom.
Task 1: Initiate the so-called "Taiwan national reconstruction" with "constitutional reform" and "organizational reform". Lai Qingde once said that "the Constitution of the Republic of China is a disaster" and intended to dismantle the current "constitutional system", "political system" and "judicial system" in Taiwan. For this reason, its layout trusted dark green people hold the judicial high position, and promote the so-called "judicial reform" of "taking the right direction and opposing China's annexation". In addition to "Taiwan independence", the DPP also has a set of "green value systems" such as "abolition of death" and "same-sex marriage". Lai Qingde intends to use his extreme ideology to forcibly "transform" the society in the island, kidnap Taiwan as the "democratic MVP" and "freedom bridgehead" of the United States and the West, and build the social value system foundation for the so-called "reconstruction of Taiwan country". At the same time, it plays up the institutional, value and cultural differences between the two sides of the Taiwan Straits, wraps up its ideological intention of "going to China and opposing the Blue", and takes "democracy against authoritarianism" as a new starting point for refusing to seek "independence". In addition, he relied on Chen Ju, the "intimate elder sister", and Zheng Mingqian, the "green blood drop", to tighten the clockwork of "transitional justice" and intensify the judicial pursuit of the opposition camp.
Task 3: Upgrade the "cultural Taiwan independence" to wash the hearts of the people in the island and rebuild the "national identity of the new Taiwan". Lai Qingde put Zheng Lijun, Ono, Zheng Yingyao and other green cultural and educational personages in high position, took advantage of their cultural and green language skills, took advantage of the "democracy" disguise to occupy the value highland, refined packaging controversial policies, accelerated the industrialization, rejuvenation and internationalization of "green literature and art", and further deepened Cai Yingwen's "cultural Taiwan independence 2.0" of culture, education, language, nationality and belief, Upgrade its "cultural soft Taiwan independence" that destroys history, distorts identity and brainwashes "Taiwan independence".
Lai Qingde's "confession of Taiwan independence" after his "coming to power" not only released his true feelings of enduring repression in the power struggle for a long time, but also revealed that "Taiwan independence Jinsun" was finally satisfied with his ambition to take over the "godfather of Taiwan independence", and also showed a set of multi line and long-term "Taiwan independence" goal programs and action lines.
This means that Lai Qingde's "5 · 20" provocation is only the beginning. His bigoted and narrow political character and his stubborn "Taiwan independence" nature of "hitting the South Wall without turning back" determined that he would immediately put his fallacy into action. Lai Qingde wants to quickly become a "troublemaker", "status quo destroyer" and "order challenger" under the pressure of the mainland's anti "independence" promotion of reunification, the mainstream public opinion in the island and the concern of the international community, and sharply increases the geopolitical risks in the Taiwan Strait.
