In other words, workers engaged in part-time work who suffer from work-related injuries shall enjoy work-related injury insurance benefits according to law.

Q: I had an work-related injury at my company, but my company has not paid me social insurance premiums. Who should I ask for my work-related injury insurance benefits?

Answer: According to the regulations, if an employee of an employing unit who should participate in work-related injury insurance but has not participated in work-related injury insurance suffers work-related injury, the employing unit will pay the expenses according to the work-related injury insurance treatment items and standards stipulated in the Regulations on Work related Injury Insurance.

Q: If my company insured me and paid the social insurance premium this month, would the medical expenses for work-related injuries incurred later also be reimbursed to my company?
