Recently, Xining seized the opportunity of large-scale equipment renewal and consumer goods trade in, vigorously promoted large-scale equipment renewal in the industrial field, formulated and issued the Xining Implementation Plan for Equipment Renewal in the Industrial Field, timely held the promotion meeting for large-scale equipment renewal in the industrial field of the city, and identified the key work through the digitalization, intelligence Green equipment renewal and technical transformation will accelerate the cultivation of new quality productivity with Xining characteristics.

Xining City focuses on the key industries such as photovoltaic, lithium battery, special chemical and alloy new materials, and biomedicine, and mobilizes industrial enterprises in counties, districts, and parks to report, unify, reform, and transfer as much as possible. After a comprehensive review, there are 220 enterprises in the city that have the intention to update equipment, and 28755 sets of equipment are planned to be updated. The planned investment in equipment is about 12.45 billion yuan, which will continue to effectively promote large-scale equipment update and consumer goods trade in.

It is reported that Xining has reserved a batch of equipment renewal projects in the industrial field with high maturity and strong enterprises' willingness to renew, centering on four key support directions, namely, advanced equipment renewal and technological transformation, digital transformation, energy conservation, carbon reduction and green transformation, and safety level improvement. Up to now, there are 165 reserved projects in the city. Among them, there are 86 equipment renewal projects, 39 energy conservation and carbon reduction projects, 21 digital transformation projects, and 19 safety improvement projects.

In addition, Xining has applied for a number of special refinancing projects for technological transformation and equipment upgrading in the industrial field, focusing on key projects with a total investment of more than 20 million yuan and a clear financing intention. At present, 18 projects such as Jinko Energy Digital Intelligent Workshop and Xining Special Steel 65MW subcritical energy saving, carbon reduction, green and environmental protection comprehensive reuse and power generation have been declared, with a total loan demand of 1.46 billion yuan. At the same time, 387 provincial special fund projects for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises have been declared in 10 fields, including subsidies for production factors and the introduction of advanced technology; 170 provincial special fund projects for industrial transformation and upgrading were declared around 6 fields, including technological transformation, technological innovation, energy conservation and consumption reduction, and information services.
